Random Headcanon for Changelings
Changelings of both genders are able to lay eggs. Where the Queen needs pony sperm to fertilize them her drones (males) lay their eggs into their victims in which they evolve.
I’m just not sure if those “eggs” transform a pony into a Changeling, or if a Changeling comes out of them in Chestburster style.
Don’t take this serious, just a thought that crossed my mind
