Well for starters no one simply draws anything. It all takes observation and practice. Yes.. you must go look at boobs. Study them. Stare at them! (Google is your friend) Then you have to practice. Draw ‘em a lot. Do doodle pages full of boobs.
Things to remember :
- This is how I do it. I’m sure other artists have different/better techniques.
- Draw the body without the boobs first, then add them. After all they are more or less big ol’ bags of fun hanging off of the chest.
- The clavicle is super handy. That little collar bone divot can help you space things out and line ‘em up properly.
- GRAVITY! Make em hang and wobble and bounce. It’s half the fun (and challenge), of drawing the bigguns.
- If you draw ‘em laying on their back, make the breasts spread out n’ stuff. It’s OK. They do that.
I hope all that, and this quick tutorial doodle, helps out. Like I said, I’m far from an expert and I’m sure if you Google up similar you’d get crazy detailed and super informative info from cats way better at this. The big secret tho is to just practice.
There’s worse homework out there then drawing boobs every day.
